Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within Cyprus only. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery is free across Cyprus.

For pieces already available, delivery takes 2–5 working days from order confirmation.

For made-to-order pieces, crafting takes 2–3 weeks, with delivery following completion.

Each mirror is packed with protective material, as it contains glass and stone.

If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full.

For ready-made pieces from the collection you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason.

The piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of the piece being received back.

Pieces made specifically for you (chosen colours, materials or size) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law on personalised goods.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Every piece is made by hand. Small variations in colour, shape or the placement of tesserae are natural and are not defects — they are what makes each work unique.
